{stauts family - powder springs family photographer}

Fall family photography season is upon us!! I have enjoyed photographing families for over 10 years now and I still love every minute of it. I love capturing the love between everyone, the connection while they interact, and everything in between.

This beautiful family was so wonderful to work with and the background of the zinnia field was a photographers dream!! Pretty sure I will be trying out this location again!

If you haven’t scheduled your fall family photography session, I still have some selective spots left! Contact me today to get yours scheduled!

{jack is three months old - dallas baby photographer}

Sweet and handsome jack had his first babyplan session and he totally rocked it!! My absolute favorite trait to capture at the 3-4 month mark is their SMILE! It is at this stage that baby is starting to show their personality and recognizing smiles and starting to coo and talk. And it’s the best!!!

Jack did not disappoint, being smiley and charming the entire time! I can’t wait to watch this beautiful boy grow and change throughout his first year of life and I am so happy I get to document and photograph each milestone through his babyplan.

If you’re interested in learning more about about my babyplan please inquire with me and I can go over every detail! The first year is a year of constant change and growing. Each month they learn something new like smiling, holding their heads up during tummy time, sitting, standing, and walking!! I love each stage! And I can’t wait to photograph every part :)

{presenting crosley - atlanta newborn photographer near me}

Being a newborn photographer is the best!! For real, I love my job!! Snuggling sweet little ones and capturing all of those perfect details like baby bubbles, pouty lips, sleepy faces and back rolls :) It’s a dream! Little miss Crosley did NOT disappoint! She was perfect from beginning to end. She’s a tiny little tater and I swear I would’ve kept her if her mommy and daddy let me!

I get the question, “when should I book?” a lot. And my usual response is right away! My availability can be very sparse because I do tend to book up months far in advance. Then I get the other question, “how do we know when our session will be because we don’t know exactly when baby will arrive?”. So with newborn sessions, I will set a tentative date in my calendar surrounding baby’s due date and then we wait on them to get Earthside! I also only take on a limited number each month because of this reason. So the earlier you book, the better chances you will have to get a session with me!! If you don’t set it early, I will always try to make room for you as well if I can! But to be safe, the earlier the better :)

Contact me here for more info and to see if I have some availability near your due date!

{everly - dallas, ga newborn photographer}

Aren’t baby sisters the best? I think I have a soft spot for when families get a new baby girl :) Not only did I get a perfect baby sister when I was a little girl, but my baby boy got a sister too and it’s the sweetest!

This sweet baby girl did so great at her newborn session and don’t even get me started on the cutest big brother ever!!! I have loved photographing this family from momma’s milkbath session, to their family maternity session and now sweet Everly’s newborn session. I can’t wait watch her grow and change as she gets older!

Want to get in on a big secret?? Grandmothers LOVE getting photo sessions as gifts. Yup, to have their whole family together, documenting memories and capturing certain times in life are the best to them! When my good friend reached out to me to gift her mother in law a session for Christmas, I was so happy to oblige!! I absolutely love capturing the moments that I know will make hearts happy! Because little ones won’t be little forever, and teenagers won’t be home for long. I adored photographing this beautiful family and it made it that much sweeter that I got to do this for my friends!

I will always suggest photo sessions as gifts because who doesn’t want the gift of everlasting memories captured in a beautiful, professional, and timeless way! Contact me to get a gift certificate for those that are special in your life today!!

{harrison is going to kindergarten - carrollton family photographer}

The day is here. My sweet boy is going to “big kid” school and is not looking back! You know, he’s been in “school” since he was about one by going to a mommy’s morning out program a couple days a week, then went to (pre) pre-k then official pre-k last year, so this isn’t our first rodeo. But today felt different. Today felt like it was real. Like he’s officially a big kid and not my baby boy anymore. It’s a big milestone that he is all too excited to bring on and I’m so happy and grateful for his amazing attitude towards it.

This morning as I was walking him in, he didn’t want to hold my hand so he could hang on to his backpack straps like a big kid. (Although I made him lol) He was telling everyone good morning as we passed and even exclaimed to one teacher, “I’m the new kid here!”. He went straight down the hall saying, “this smells like my old school!”. Went straight into his classroom and was anxious to get our pictures over with so he could get to his desk/table and meet new friends. I am so thankful that he is such a social and outgoing kid! He has no problem meeting people and making them smile and I’m pretty sure it’s my favorite attribute of his :)

I finally let my tears fall as I got back in my car although they almost escaped as a teacher asked “you okay momma?” as I was leaving the building. It’s a new chapter and he is going to do SO well, I am 100% positive on it! And if you need me, this momma will be over here wiping my tears and counting down the hours to ask my baby boy how his first day of kindergarten was!

{jordan, exarhos, baywal families - new georgia family photographer}

This is one of my favorite families ever! If you’ve followed me a while, you’ll probably notice Whitney and her gorgeous family! She has been with me for years and I am beyond grateful for her loyalty and for allowing me to photograph her sweet little ones from the very beginning stages! Watching handsome JJ grow and come into his own has been a privilege thus far!! So when she asked for me to do a full family session with her family from out of town my astounding answer was YES!

I heard the tragic news of their dad passing at Whitney’s maternity session and my heart dropped. I never got the pleasure of meeting him, but you can tell a lot of a person from what legacy they left, and I have only heard the MOST amazing attributes and what an amazing man he truly was. I will always regret not being able to give these sweet family portraits with that amazing man, but I know that even I felt his presence there with us while I was photographing this beautiful family. My heart and condolences go out to them with the biggest feeling imaginable and I only hope I did Dad proud by photographing his amazing family and beautiful grandkids!

{asher one year - baby photographer in carrollton}

Y’all. I just can’t with this sweet baby boy, his adorable sister, and their gorgeous parents!!! Also, it truly feels like just yesterday I was taking his newborn photos :( The saying “babies don’t keep” could not be more true!!

He had such a good time with his smash cake and I wish people could’ve seen the way he would get close to it with his face, then not follow through with the bite LOL, he was the cutest!!!

I absolutely love this sweet family and I can’t wait to watch them grow through the years!

To get in for your one year olds session, please contact me! These sessions are some of my favorites. I get a wide variety of images of babies alone in different setups and outfits and can even include siblings and family. And let’s not forget the best part of them eating and smashing their birthday cake! It’s the best part! Turning one year old is definitely something to celebrate!!
