Oh sweet, beautiful baby Elli was beyond perfect for her very first photo shoot! And I can brag that I even got big sis and big brother to give me some sweet smiles too! I have truly adored watching this gorgeous family grow throughout the years when big sister Eden was just a baby! I am so very thankful to my clients that stay with me through the years and allow me the pleasure of beautifully documenting their families!
My sweet baby girl!!!! Every year that comes a new birthday I get weepier and weepier. It’s so true what they say, “the days are long but the years are short”. I must admit, there is a bit of a mom-fail here as her actual birthday is in January, and I did take these images back at her birthday, just never posted lol. But any chance to have a session with my gorgeous girl, I’ll take it!! I am beyond thankful for both of my amazing children and I always enjoy being their personal portrait photographer!
Look at this beautiful baby girl I had in the studio for a newborn session this week! She was so darling, and this sweet family was so much fun to work with!
I always like to prepare my families before each newborn sessions by sending them a preparation guide. It includes tips to ensure the best experience possible! Some of my suggestions include bringing a pacifier, even if the baby isn’t currently taking one. This is a great way to soothe the baby while we are getting them into different poses. I also advise parents to feed the baby right before they arrive for their session and try to keep the baby awake as much as possible the morning of. Having a sleepy, full baby makes the shoot go so smooth and allows us to get those perfect sleepy baby images like you can see below!
This family did a great job preparing for the session and you can tell it paid off with some adorable pictures they can cherish forever!
That pregnancy glow!
There is something so beautiful about expectant mothers and I absolutely love capturing and enhancing these moments! Your body is going through an incredible transformation during this time and so often we are focusing on the uncomfortable changes instead of the truly remarkable miracle happening! All women have a very different experience during their pregnancy but there is one thing they all have in common, and that is the radiant glow that surrounds them and their growing belly. I absolutely adore being able to capture that beauty to remind mothers of how AMAZING they are!

Sweet baby Giselle was simply an angel and a natural model for her newborn session! She was so pretty; it was hard to choose a favorite image! We used so many different headbands and outfits and wraps to dress up this precious doll and she was simply perfect! It’s no surprise because her parents are such a beautiful couple, and I can’t wait to get them back in my studio for another session!
Oh sweet Bakelynn!! I tell you, she looked perfect on every color we tried on her!! And look at that smile :) We even somehow convinced her little cousin to get in a few pics with her, giving their grandma the most precious gift ever. It definitely took a little convincing on my part, but I make it my personal goal to be the ultimate baby and kid whisperer lol. Peep that bunny set up just in time for Easter this weekend!!

The only thing better than a cute newborn is TWO cute newborns! I had so much fun photographing these adorable twin boys! And of course, we had to get the whole family involved.
Working with twins can be double the trouble but these boys were great and gave us double the amount of cuteness! I was so thrilled with all the incredible shots we were able to get. They definitely made me and my assistant work for it, but in the end, we captured the sweetest cuddles, and were just delighted with the whole session! Check out those adorable animal hats!
